Shop On-line

Place orders anytime using our secure on-line shopping cart. Our on-line shopping cart gives you immediate download access and provides automated customer registration and instant product serialization upon purchase. Invoice and download instructions will be e-mailed to you immediately after processing your order. The actual software is not sent via e-mail. The product serial, registration and download information is e-mailed only so the product files can be downloaded anytime.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Credit card	Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diner's Club cards are accepted. On-line shopping accepts credit card orders only.
Personal or Company checks, Money Orders	Personal or company checks or money orders are accepted. All checks and money orders must be drawn on United States currency. Fill out the order form and mail the payment with it.

Telephone Orders

The Vista Software sales department is open from 9am-5pm, PST, Monday-Friday for telephone orders. If you have specific questions about a Vista Software product, a sales representative can be reached during normal business hours at the following numbers:

Fax Orders

Orders may be Faxed to Vista Software anytime. Faxed orders are processed Monday-Friday only. For weekend processing, the On-line Ordering method (above) is required. To fax order, follow these steps:

E-Mail Orders

You may e-mail your order to our sales department for processing. You will then be granted access to download the purchased software from our web site within 24 hours of your order.

Mail Orders

Mail orders are available for check or money order payments. These should be made payable to "Vista Software". To send an order by mail, follow these steps:

What you receive when you order

All products are delivered as ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) within minutes of placing an order on-line using our secure shopping card. Everything we sell is 100% electronic. There is no printed manual for any products, nor are there any plans to produce one.

Orders placed with one of our resellers are processed according to their policies. Orders that are faxed, e-mailed or mailed to us using our order form are processed by our sales staff as they are received. Usually that day or within 24 hours unless the office is closed for holidays, in which case orders will be processed the office re-opens.
