Preventing File Read Error 2100

If you have ever experienced a 2100 error using NTX indexes (Physical Read Error), set the TApolloEnv.OptimisticBuffer to False. Or, if you are working with the API directly, call sx_SysProp(SDE_SP_SETOBUFFER, 0 ) before opening any tables.
