Apollo SQL 6.1.0.6 fix posted

Our compiler switch was set "optimized" when we built 6.1.0.4 and 6.1.0.5, which caused Apollo SQL to not work correctly (noticed with GROUP BY clause). This was caught and fixed today.

Apollo SQL has been rebuilt using the correct compiler settings and the new files were posted for both Full and Evals as version 6.1.0.6.
