Apollo 6.1 Status

We are currently working out some Apollo SQL 6.1 issues discovered late in the beta process. We have also split the Apollo VCL package into separate designtime and runtime packages eliminating issues related to proxies.pas and designintf.pas.

Apollo .NET is still being polished and there are some outstanding issues we're waiting for verification on.

No more predictions on when 6.1 will be made public, but we are working diligently on it and we will keep everyone posted as to our progress as best we can.
